My kids had kicked the plastic panel below the screen and I could not find a replacement panel. When I came across Permatex PermaPoxy, it seemed like the perfect solution. Using it was easy. I simply used the plunger to push the product out into the supplied tray and then mixed it with the supplied mixing stick. I then used a piece of cardboard to trowel it over the crack on both sides of the panel. The first side turned out great! The second side was good, but I didn't thin it out as much after troweling it on. I have used other Epoxy that seemed to work ok until used in water, then they fell apart. So far, not this one after two years. The thirty min time limit is nice to have where you have complicated areas to glue down. The extra time is helpful when you are not in a hurry and want a better looking job. I bought this Permatex through Amazon as it is hard to find in a retail store. All other Permatex products are easy to find, but not this 84017 Epoxy.
