I discovered this grind by buying it once, by mistake and, turns out, I made the best pan of cornbread, ever in my life, using it. I used the recipe on the back of the bag. It makes it almost like cake, no overly dry choky texture but moist and very tasty. It’s a bit more expensive than other brands but, to me, it’s worth it. Bob’s Red Mill is the best!
