## Questions & Answers

**Q: Bad product batteries rusted out 2nd day of use how can I get my money back ?**
A: Wondering the same

**Q: In what country is this manufactured?**
A: It should be on the box or in the description on Amazon.

**Q: Is it supposed to have a loud motor sound when activated?**
A: Yes, mine makes a motor sound when I use it

**Q: We cant get ours to work. There is no actual on and off button, correct? Put in batteries. Submerge most in water and push buttons on handle.**
A: Correct. Some times air gets trapped in it and it won’t work. When that happens just lift the unit out of the water (you may want to press the button) then place it back in the water again. Should work after that.
