Many other distributors on desertcart sell the same hat but don't mention that it is Gelante. Shipped well, fit and adjustment works well. It is good value for the price. 100% Cotton. I would recommend this hat for this price. Good basic hat, low price. It is a low-profile hat, so snugger low-rise style. If you want it to be even snugger then I suggest using a hat washer cleaning frame to place the hat into and then into a washing machine. Then into the dryer. The 100% cotton hats tend to shrink a bit further if you fully dry them this way.

**Q: What are dimensions of the hat?  Height, button to bottom of side, width of visor (side to side) and depth of visor?**
A: Visor depth:  3” at center
Visor width: 7”
Button to bottom of side: 6 1/2”
Height: 5”

**Q: What is the length from button to bottom of the hat? There are multiple different answers and measurements in the photo say 4 inch height?**
A: From the side seam, running the tape measure along the fabric it looks like 6 1/4" to the button. On the back seam, not counting the strap nor the open space 4 1/4".  Eyeballing the perpendicular from the tabletop to the button it looks like 5", but I've curved my brim a bit so that may add height.

**Q: Is the off-center brim intentional, like is a style?**
A: I take you already own one of these caps and that is feels like the brim is off center? Since I didn't notice that on the one I owned (and due to the red color I so foolishly had selected, I only wore it once) my guess is that yours was just poorly manufactured.

**Q: Do these fade in colour quick?**
A: Oh no, is there going to be a cap shortage too? Please stop hoarding caps Diane and leave some for everyone else...

The cap is comfortable and lightweight, and the material feels nice. It fits well and looks just like the pictures. I gave it four stars because I wish the fabric were a little thicker, but overall it’s a great everyday hat for the price.
