Why not 5 stars then? One of the unit drivers for the second packet has a fault. It is not working and thus I have I unit which is U/S. I only require the single unit to finish the work that I am doing. I have contacted the maker (Gr4tec) and though they say they will respond within 24 hrs nothing has happened. When you look through the Amazon page there nowhere (that I can see) as to where you can contact the seller. This is one of the major failings about online shopping. There is rarely any simple method as to how you can get stupid small issues like this settled. Do I have to buy another pack of 10 so that I can replace the faulty unit that was provided in the first place? If the supplier reads these reviews and is interested then I would hope that they will contact me through Amazon to replace the defective unit that was sent to me and resolve the matter once and for all.
