I will let you know that this is by far my most favorite cooking item. It is deeper than any other pan it holds a variety of other items and liquids without running over and not making a mess. It cooks evenly, the lid is glass see-thru with a hole to help remove steam, washes quick because nothing ever sticks and T-fal makes a great unit. I have the smaller omelet pan as well and is of great value as well. My intention is to purchase the 12 inch as well.
