A: More than 6’.

**Q: what kind of glue do you recommend for caning a chair?**
A: Simple Elmer's White Glue works great. Thanks!

**Q: The spline in place is between 3/16" and 1/4". In ordering the replacement, which measurement should it be?**
A: I would provide for the 3/16" to 7/32" for the separation and soak the spline for 24 hours before the install.

**Q: I saw a table which specified #9.5 for 1/4" channel. Is this going to be too narrow? Do you offer a kit w/ wedges, cane mat, and reed?**
A: #9.5 is not a standard size but other makers could call them something different. Yes, we do have 18x18" kits with wedges, cane webbing and spline in various patterns.
