How can this product then claim to kill nits?** A: This product uses a low voltage that you can't feel. It shocks the lice to death. I'm not sure about nits, as they havent been born yet. I'd use a nit removal cream. Having explained that...the product is non returnable, and mine came not functioning. I have no recourse to get my money back or a replacement. To remove the nits, I bought and used a professional lice comb set because the provided comb didn't have micro grooving on its teeth for effective nits removal.
