## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it supposed to blow outward from the whole front grate?**
A: Mine never did. They said it's normal. It blows at a slight angle so feels like it is not coming full out.
That is all normal for these

**Q: Require filters?**
A: Yes it does, comes with one but then you will need to buy replacements

**Q: My on/off switch broke. Can I get a replacement?**
A: Just contact the company, if it's too old to have a warranty then maybe you can look online for a replacement.

**Q: How many filters need to be replaced, it looks like 2?**
A: One combination filter needs to be replaced. You will need the FLT4825, which comes with the Hepa filter and the charcoal filter combined together. If further assistance is needed please contact us at yourfriends@guardiantechnologies.com or at 866-603-5900 X213 M-F 8:30-4:30 EST.
