So I'd use common salt. In the process I would sometimes put more and sometimes less. Besides the salt used to give burning sensation. After using this Jal Neti salt from Prime Surgical, there is a definitely a different experience. I felt better breathing and improved smelling power. Therefore I would certainly recommend this to others also. Ive given 4stars for value of money only because I feel it could be cheaper than this price.
