Review: Made my life much easier! - I have been using this device for one month on daily basis. I am a doctor. We use Centericity as EMR and clinically speaking software for dictation. This device offer significant improvement over plantronics headset I used before in term of speech recognition. I am finding myself less likely to touch keyboard to correct things. Additionally the multiple function buttons can be configured to open different menus in the EMR.
Review: Great for dictating in EHR - I use this to dictate my chart notes in our EHR. Works well.

**Q: Is this mic compatible with dragon professional individual 15 and does anyone not like this mic?**
A: I have this Mic and it works with the Medical Version and it works perfectly fine. I believe the profesional version is cheaper than the medical version i don't think you would have any issues with it.

**Q: My work uses pc and dragon medical which works reasonably well. i emulate a terminal from home with my macbook air. will this work with my computer?**
A: Only if you use Windows 10. Old Mac have Boot Camp to use it. New Macs need PARALLELS software.

**Q: What software do I need? Clearly not plug and play.**
A: it is plug and play. its just a mic and a speaker. you might want to check your chipset or board drivers. i have used them with win7 and win10 without any issues.

**Q: Has anyone tried this mic with fluency direct (mmodal)?**
A: No
