Review: Doesn't work with RingCentral - I provisioned numerous Mitel model phones (not the 6940) on the RingCentral network. When I tried this 6940, it seems to provision, but never works after trying to assign a user to it. I tried various things including factory reset, assisted provisioning, manual provisioning, and worked with tech support at RingCentral. Never got it to work, so I am returning it for a refund. I don't believe I am doing anything wrong since the process of provisioning Mitel phones is laid out clearly in RingCentral instructions, I worked directly with their support team, and the process worked with all of the Mitel phones on their approved models list except for this one device.
Review: Nice display - I bought this for my home use. Had problems with getting the handset to function. Make sure that you adjust any settings prior to connecting to your business network. Once you do that, you lose the ability to control your own phone at all. Including the bluetooth.

### ⭐ Doesn't work with RingCentral

I provisioned numerous Mitel model phones (not the 6940) on the RingCentral network. When I tried this 6940, it seems to provision, but never works after trying to assign a user to it. I tried various things including factory reset, assisted provisioning, manual provisioning, and worked with tech support at RingCentral. Never got it to work, so I am returning it for a refund. I don't believe I am doing anything wrong since the process of provisioning Mitel phones is laid out clearly in RingCentral instructions, I worked directly with their support team, and the process worked with all of the Mitel phones on their approved models list except for this one device.

I bought this for my home use. Had problems with getting the handset to function. Make sure that you adjust any settings prior to connecting to your business network. Once you do that, you lose the ability to control your own phone at all. Including the bluetooth.

### ⭐ No power adapter

Received the phone today. I can't really test it because there's no power adapter. The add says nothing about what is in the box or whether the power cable and adapter have to be purchased separately. Sort of burns my A- -, if you know what I mean.
