**Q: There must be a nutrition label on this.  What does it say for carbs and sugar in what amount?**
A: There are 21 teaspoons in 3.5 fluid ounces.  This would make calories about 6, sugars about 1.4, and carbs about 1.4.

**Q: is this Keto approved ??**
A: 30g of sugar per 100g serving. You would you maybe a teaspoon of this (less than 5g) for an entire recipe. Meaning the amount you consume would be negligible.

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: The maple extract is indeed gluten free.

**Q: How much extract is required to make a strong maple syrup? What is a recommended recipe?  Would like to use in a Maple Bacon Cure.**
A: Here's the poportions I use. 2 cups raw sugar, 1 cup water, 1/4 cream of tartar (Prevents crystals) and 2 tsp extract. When I made it with white sugar, it was a little one dimensional, and brown sugar took over. This syrup Is on the mild side  as I live overseas and am hoarding my supply. If you want more if a maple punch, I think you could add 1-2 more teaspoons.
