## Questions & Answers

**Q: I opened it up today and followed the instructions. The code I entered while holding the reset button does not work to open the lock. What do Ido?**
A: Hi there, here is GIVERARE, this might be because one of the dials were not aimed at the white arrowhead completely when you are setting the new code, try to turn a little left or right of the code you have set, for example, your code is 1-1-1, make the arrowhead aim at middle of 0 and 1, the other two at 1, then try middle of 1 to 2, and then try the second code....this might work. If not, please send us the ORDER NUMBER though Amazon: go to your Amazon account-Click on your order-Click on contact seller, we send you a free new one.

**Q: Will this lock fit in a standard zipper for a lunch pale ?**
A: Dear Customer,
The diameter of the tightly braided steel cable is 3mm (afford up to 220 lbs and hardly broke), please check the size of the zipper hole to confirm whether the steel cable is Ok.
Any questions, pls feel free to contact us again, we are delightful to serve you again.
Stay well and have a good day!

**Q: how long is the cable?**
A: It’s not very long. About half of a number 2 pencil in length.

**Q: Is this suitable for outdoor use?**
A: I use my locks for the gym and to lock up my bike. I have not left the lock outside, in the elements for long periods of time. I’m not sure it won’t rust outside with continual rain exposure. The gears are metal.
