Thanks.** A: 2.5" from bottom of plate to top of pulley. From top of plate to bottom of pulley is 7/16" a strong 7/16" **Q: Are these carbon steel? I need to weld them?** A: They are coated steel. I welded mine on. Industrial mechanic for 26 years, just for reference. **Q: what size bolts ( the 4 holes on the top surface) will be needed to mount these wheels?** A: The holes in the mounting bracket are 0.265" in diameter. 1/4" bolts would be tight (clearance should be 1/32 inch for that diameter), but probably work. I would guess the holes are intended for 6mm bolts. **Q: Are the included bolts shoulder or all threaded? I'm replacing wheels with all thread that has damaged the wheel bearings.
