Never had any problems with dispensing, it says shake for at least 1min so I shake for 2min. Always sets up quick, easy to carve, sometimes drips if there’s a heavy a lot at once. Can’t always reuse a can within under a month like it says. The dried foam clogs it all up. Some things to be aware of also: 1: It won’t always be the same color. Ordered 2 cans, it came out black. Ordered another 2 a month later, it was gray. Got 2 at the store, it was black again. Ordered 1, it was gray again. Do with that as you will. Two: If you spray a thick layer and carve the next day, since the foam blocks air flow, the innermost layer might not dry. Carve what you can and come back the next day to carve the rest of it that will have then cured. Three: This is a given but WEAR. GLOVES. Wear a shirt and pants you don’t care about. “Oh I’ll find a way to get it out” No you won’t. It won’t come out of clothes and anytime it gets on my hands, I either have to scrub so hard my skin is raw, try to scrape it off with tweezers, or accept my fate. The fumes themselves aren’t bad but you can kiss your favorite shirt goodbye if this stuff so much as tickles it when the foam isn’t set up yet. Over good product 👍 Review: Perfect for reef aquarium - I have been using aquarium cement for putting rocks together for my reef aquarium but it was always a pain and it didn't really hold well together. This foam is completely different beast. It holds the rocks to get us so well you can grab it by one of the rocks and everything else stays securely attached to it. The strength is much better than the usual insulation foam in the spray can you can buy at Lowe's. The yellow kind. A strong word of warning though, this black foam is really nothing like the usual yellow one. When you work with it, absolutely use disposable gloves because this thing sticks to your skin so well that it's took me more than a week to get it rid off my skin. And it's more that my old skin just peel off after a week, not that the foam would peel off the skin. On the other hand it's the testament how well this thing sticks. Which also means you don't have to use too much of it on the rock. It will expand quite a bit and if you put too much it will just get out everywhere. EDIT: I have the structures in my tank for almost a year and everything holds still like the first day. Moreover, Even tho the nozzle dried, I removed it and put there another one from normal foam can and it still worked almost a year later! I've used it on both our fish ponds for years and no issues. **Q: will it work on WET surface** A: I believe the surface should be dry and clear of dirt/grease/algae,etc. when it is applied.
