SpenCore shock-absorbing cushioning helps protect your body by softening impact, while the 3/4-length design keeps your shoes feeling roomy and comfortable. The flexible heel and arch plate is designed to conform to your foot over time, delivering customized support and foot motion support that helps ease heel and arch discomfort. A carbon weave plate adds structure without adding bulk, helping the insole stay thin while still offering dependable support. Comfort details are built in, too. The low-friction top cover helps limit rubbing that can lead to discomfort. Diamond air channels underneath the insole move air through the bottom of your shoe for added breathability. Sized options give a better fit with minimal trimming, and the low-profile build works in a wide variety of shoes. Backed by 35-plus years of trust, over 6 million pairs sold, and the APMA Seal of Acceptance, this orthotic delivers support you can rely on day after day. Thin, firm and supportive. And fits in all shoes. They run a little big so purchase On the smaller size if in between . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable and work great *by W***T on January 19, 2026* A very kind podiatrist turned me onto these many years ago. And they have been more than sufficient in taking care of the plantar fasciitis. I can walk around in bare feet all day long and be OK. However, I don’t do that all the time they work great! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Provides good arch support *by J***K on December 20, 2010* This product works as intended and helps give the extra arch support that I seek. Because the insoles are thin, they do not add bulk to my shoes and easily fit on top of the manufacturer's insoles. While the 3/4 length helps give more toe room, its only drawback is that the insoles tend to slide forwards and backwards in my shoes. I have been advised to velcro tabs to help with this issue. ## Frequently Bought Together - Spenco Rx Thinsole 3/4 Length Shoe Insoles, Men's 12-13.5 - Spenco Rx Orthotic Arch Support Full Length Shoe Insoles, Men's 12-13.5, Green - Spenco Rx Comfort Thin Lightweight Cushioning Orthotic Shoe Insole, Men's 12-13.5 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/12438891-rx-thinsole-3-4-length-shoe-insoles-mens-12-13](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/12438891-rx-thinsole-3-4-length-shoe-insoles-mens-12-13) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
