A: Technically, the answer to your question is yes. However, all packages of RAM sold in kits of two are manufactured to work together. Kits of four- even better. (Even with same timings, etc)

**Q: can you overclock the ram to 4000 mhz?**
A: Depends on the kit you get in hand and your ability to set up BIOS. High Voltage and timings will be necessary

A: May work, but surely not at full speed since the computer can not support the XMP specifications.
