As for performance, I noticed a slight boost in my recovery time after workouts, but nothing groundbreaking. It doesn’t upset my stomach, which is often a concern with whey products. The price is reasonable compared to other brands, but I’ve definitely had better experiences with some premium options. Tried for the first time and it worked from day first. Pure raw whey is all u need. Dont have any digestion issues with it. People saying about it could b unknown being lactose intolerant(google it). Mixablitiy is good. For best results on muscles take it with water with recommended quantity. U will the difference from first drink. Dont waste extra bucks on premium brands. It is a full value for money product. Taste is slighty bitter at the end but u can make habbit of it, Not a big deal if u want to stay healthy. Also people saying it tastes like medicine is not true...I have done a all lot of reasearch before buying it but you will not regret it buying...Isolate whey is much better in terms of Protein content and BCAAs. Go fot it and focus on your training rather searching for thousand products..
