It was difficult understanding how to program the remote. But the battery in the roller shade really only needs charging every 6 months. I just wish the remote could be programmed to track with sunrise and sunset. I checked four stores and it was not available, so I had to order online and then wait 2-3 days before I could actually test out the shade. The remote requires a CR2450 battery. I would have likely rated five star had the remote had the battery.
