My husband has been using it now for about two months. **Q: are these chewable?**
A: No, if they say capsules they are capsules. Houston makes chewables, you just have to search for it that way.
Hope this helps.

**Q: Why is there no expiration date?**
A: I've been ordering these enzymes for many years. The expiration dates are on the bottom of the bottles.

**Q: Is this the same as trienza?**
A: No it is not the same product. Actually Trienza is a combination of three different products (Aft-Peptizyde + Zyme Prime + No Fenol); each one supports digestion of different foods: protein, carbohydrates and fruit and vegetables respectively.  Trienza is OK if you use 2 or 3 of these products. However, it means that you have to take two or more instead of one capsule. I use these for my son who has many digestive issues. I  prefer to target the food, so I give him no-fenol when he eats fruit, zyme prime for carbohydrates, or the Peptizyde for proteins. In a regular meal with all of these foods he takes 1 capsule of each. He would have to take  4 capsules or more Trienza to get the same amount of enzymes.

**Q: Is this the one with cellulose filler?**
A: Yes, this product has cellulose and water in the filler of the capsule.

We originally ordered this and Zyme Prime for our Asperger's Grandson but since I've always had tummy troubles of various sorts, I decided to try it too. I now take it at the beginning of almost every meal and have for more than 5 years. If I forget or don't have it with me, I take it after and it still helps. Not to give out TMI but... the burping is gone and my stomach and gut don't feel bloated. I highly recommend it!
