Review: These are lovely AND functional! - I love these trivets! They are lightweight and extremely easy to store! I chose the red because all my kitchen accessories are red. There's no doubt in my mind that they will do the job, especially when I'm hosting friends and families for a buffet style meal! I haven't actually used them yet, but I can see that, due to their thickness, they are going to be great and will protect my table-top. I also expect them to be easy to clean; a short soak in soapy water (if necessary) and then a rinse, and they're all ready to put away. I actually wish I could place them on the kitchen wall for storage because they're really pretty, but I have a very small kitchen in my apartment and not much wall space at all in the kitchen.

I used to just use potholders, but mine always get stained and/or little burn marks - not attractive for serving food. I love these trivets! They are lightweight and extremely easy to store! I chose the red because all my kitchen accessories are red.
