A: Yes. You can remove the screws on the belt clip and adjust the horizontal or vertical carry according to your personal preference

A: It kind of clicks in place which keeps it from slipping out; best knife I’ve had in a while. Nice weight to it too, so you know if it’s missing... so far though I’ve had no issues with it slipping out from the sheath.
