## Features

- GETS RID OF THE SMELLY BITS YOU CAN'T SCRUB AWAY: Ozone reacts with odors in the air, water, fabrics, and walls to remove, instead of mask them. Unlike other types of air purifiers, it does not require air passing through the machine to remove odors.
- COMMON USES: Deodorize cars, boats, dumpsters, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flood and fire affected areas, as well as any cooking, smoking, pet, "musty", or general odors.
- EASY OPERATION: Turn the timer knob. Leave the space. When ozone generation is finished, allow an additional 30 minutes for any residual ozone to revert back to breathable air.
- WARNING: All ozone generators are meant to be operated in unoccupied spaces only. Remove any people, pets, or plants. The space may be re-occupied after 30 minutes of "airing out". Not available for sale in California. EPA Est. No.: 94263-CHN-1

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does it say on the front "Caution: Use in Unoccupied Space Only"? Does that mean that you should not use it in your home?**
A: Hi Amber,Glad to help :). Yes, it is recommended that ALL ozone generators (no matter what a manufacturer will tell you) be used in an unoccupied space. Unlike air fresheners that only mask odors, ozone generators remove odors by producing large/concentrated amounts of O3 (ozone) which oxidize and break down residual odor compounds in the surrounding air. Because the O3 is so highly concentrated, it is recommended that rooms be unoccupied during treatment. Once the air treatment is finished though, the O3 quickly converts back into O2 (oxygen) and the room is left with a "fresh air" smell. Most treatment times are approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of space being treated. We do also carry other types of air purifier units on Amazon where the purifier can be left on in an occupied space. This purifier can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/O-Ion-Permanent-Purifier-Ionizer-Sanitizer/dp/B00FBMJK9Y/ref=sr_1_7?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1399048163&sr=1-7&keywords=air+purifierI hope this helps and please let us know if we can possibly help with anything else :).

**Q: How long are the ozone plates in the Enerzen Commercial Ozone Generator expected to last? How much do replacements cost?**
A: Replacement plates can be found here:
https://www.amazon.com/Enerzen-Ceramic-Ozone-Replacement-Generators/dp/B00LICF5KY/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=enerzen+ozone+generator+plates&qid=1614435900&sprefix=Enerzen+Ozone+Generator&sr=8-3

**Q: how many square feet does it cover?**
A: Hi Matthew, Happy to help. This unit covers approximately 4000 sq ft. of space depending on the existing air quality of the space. I hope this helps and please let us know if we can possibly help with anything else :).

**Q: I searched the Intertek site and this product is not listed as ETL certified. Any comments?**
A: Hi Hilary,Happy to help :). We checked with the manufacturer of the unit and it turns out their description listed the wrong certification agency. The unit is CE certified and approved with registration #HBSC2013012307. We have modified the typo in the listing to show CE certification. Our apologies for any confusion. ETL and CE certifications are essentially similar rigorous certification standards, but are given by different agencies. Please let us know if we can help with anything else :).
