Box was a little damaged from shipping, but everything inside was in perfect condition. Altogether it was about a 45-minute long project from start to finish. Every piece was labeled and bagged individually which made it super easy to sort and put together. Only tool needed that was included was a drill to screw the boards together. The end product was sturdy, looked great, and was exactly as pictured on the Amazon listing. The service was sublime! Great service, fast shipping, responsive team. The hutch itself I love, very spacious and pretty and we have very happy pets. Overall, this is a 5 star product. I can't give 5 stars because some of the wood is cracked and there was something like tree sap on quite a bit of the wood that we had a hard time removing. That said, I WOULD recommend this product. It is airy and spacious and pretty easy to clean. I would expect to reinforce the latches however and the wood is not perfect nor is it heavy. But overall this is a very nice hutch and the service is great!
