They are great quality and super-useful tools. I've got Channel Locks, which are OK, but these ones are the best in class. Smooth, strong, and bite-tightly. I've got the minis, the 7 inch, and the 10 inch, and also the giant 20+ inch ones. They all perform very well. They punch way outside of their weight class for most tasks. Not cheap, but buy once and cry once. If you have to pick a place to start, start with the 180s or 250s (7 or 10 inch), and go from there. It's probably worth getting a kit of three sizes though. You won't regret it.
