They added big, blunt caps on the end of the wires, so you don't poke your eye out while fiddling around under the vehicle! And really, the fishing wires are what make it so easy. I didn't have anyone to help me install it, so I was laying on the ground, with the hitch on my chest. I threaded the wires through the bolt holes on the hitch, then lifted it into place.
