## Description

Liquid Defense Plus is a special water and scratch resistant inkjet printable coating applied to a whole range of recordable CD's, DVD's and Blu-ray discs. It works on all known optical disc inkjet printers and gives the printed disc a very vibrant color with a high gloss finish. The Liquid Defense Plus disc is water resistant, scratch resistant and resists fading, whereas regular inkjet printable discs will bleed or smear when wet, easy to scratch and has a muted matte finish when printed. The Liquid Defense Plus application is an actual coating that is applied during the media manufacturing process. It is not a sticker or label that is applied after the fact like other less reliable inkjet printable discs, which claim to be water resistant and glossy.

Review: Very nice finish, succsessful burn rates - I've burned hundreds of discs from Verbatim, JVC and HP and using these discs I have similar results as the rest, minimal failure rate, maybe one out of 50. The glossy finish in my opinion is a big plus and if the artwork your printing on the label is of high quality and your printer is set to the proper settings you'll have a beautiful finished product. I've used Panasonic Blu-ray BDXL burners exclusively and if I get a 'coaster' it is always due to an error on my part. Also burning at a lower speed results in a better success rate, I always burn using ImgBurn at 2X without issue and keeping your burner clean is essential for minimal failure. The underside of the disc is a metallic looking finish and not the deep blue or gray as with the HP or Verbatim, a dead giveaway for a home made disc. I will continue to use these from now on unless they change the disc or double the price as some manufacturers have done in the past.

A: Blu ray disc files are 25gb or 50gb blu ray to make copys u need more memory available.....try installation of seagate with more extra gb or bigger files.....making copys for blu ray is not as easy u think

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best I've found with a Glossy printable surface

This is the best writeable Blu-ray disc I've found that has a glossy finish. The printable surface is not as nice as the Verbatim AquaAce surface, but it is pretty close. Verbatim doesn't make a Blu-ray writable with the AquaAce surface for some reason. When I find a BDR with an AquaAce-type surface, I'll give it 5 stars.
