I got a1' and 6' band out of it *by S***N on April 27, 2022* These are good quality, come with a drawstring bag, and can fit in my purse. I need to do knee exercises on a regular basis and can take these bands with me anywhere. They're 7' long and about 4" wide. I use them in the pool, at the park, on quick breaks from work, even at a rest stop when I'm traveling. If fold a band in half and use it like that, the resistance increases so you get more than just light, medium, and heavy. Very happy with them.
