I used "soft knees" in the logger pants, in these, those knee pads sit on my shins and don't cover my knees. You have to use the Carhartt branded knee pads in this pant. **Q: Are there side pockets on both left and right legs?** A: Yes, right-leg cell phone pocket and Left-leg utility pocket. **Q: Inside the pants on the left pocket, what model number does it say?** A: There are a lot of numbers but we also bought 2 pairs and the numbers are different so here ya go RN 14806 or 102802-028.
