I don't know if they are available thru amazon but I have one. I got this fryer for Christmas last year. I told my girlfriend not to get me anything this year cause it won't top this. **Q: Will the 2.5 gallon cook a 14 pound turkey or will a 4.0 gallon?** A: NO, these are not for frying turkeys. **Q: What's the max temperature it can reach?** A: It does not have a thermostat so it will continue to heat the oil until it reaches the flash point unless the lp gas flame is turned down. **Q: Can it be used without the basket?** A: We do not recommend using this without the basket. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality & easy assembly *by C***O on April 21, 2025* Such a pleasure to have a product that is well made, with quality parts and easy to put together without a lot of assembly like you sometimes get on Chinese products with dozens of tiny fasteners, etc. And it works as advertised. Mostly spot welded and the other protruding legs/intake/exhaust all bolt right on in a few minutes. Comes with a small wrench and allen wrench and that's all you need.
