Great Customer service! *by S***Y on April 11, 2019* They arrived and I like the colors of both, they fit nice with or without a ponytail. The pink one is good but the turquoise one ha some poor quality stitching in the hat brim and the head strap. I would like it replaced. They were rolled up when I got them so I had to sit them out to let the brims flatten out a bit. I will revise my rating after I see how their customer service is in replacing the turquoise one with the poor quality stitching.UPDATE: 5-stars- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent a note to the Vendor, they responded ASAP and replaced the turquoise/blue hat in 2 days! I have worn the pink one now for about a week and I LOVE them and I like that I can switch out the two. It's lightweight, breathable, looks great, I wear them boating so the chin strap keeps it from flying off, brim is long enough to block the sun and I can now wear my ponytail high where it belongs!
