You cannot stack Nanoswitches. They have a limited amount of power PER PORT as well as overall (generally 24v at 1 amp). **Q: Why isn’t the nano switch turning on when i have an ethernet cable cable from my poe unifi 24 switch to the nano switch do i need to power the nano?** A: You will need to use a PoE converter (Ubiquiti INS-3AF-O-G) to convert 802.3af (48v) PoE to 24V Passive PoE for the Nano. **Q: what is the operating temperature range on this switch?** A: I can’t say for sure, but mine is outdoors where the temperature can vary from low 30s Fahrenheit to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has continued to operate without issue. **Q: I assume that since this is supposed to be used outside that it would hold up well in an attic?** A: I’ve had mine in an attic for over a year without issue. It’s the perfect switch for this. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ubiquiti NanoSwitch Outdoor 4-Port PoE Passthrough Switch (N-SW) - Ubiquiti Networks POE Inject 24V/24W Gigabit P., POE-24-24W-G --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/119717433-ubiquiti-outdoor-4-port-poe-passthrough-switch](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/119717433-ubiquiti-outdoor-4-port-poe-passthrough-switch) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
