I bought these for my son and he loves them. Given that he loses just about everything, I didn’t want to buy something super expensive. He used them on 3 camping trips with heavy hiking and they held up great.

These hold up! We do a lot of camping and hiking as a family and had previously bought similar ones with Velcro across. Save yourself the trouble and don’t get the velcro ones! The d-rings that hold those straps in place all popped for each of my kiddos in less than a year. I guess because of the tugging? Anyways, if you want a sturdy hiking shoe that can be slipped on quickly without having to worry about laces untying and having to be retired in a jiffy— then these are the shoes to get!

Ordered these for my son to hike in and they were true to size. His first time wearing them was a long hike (didn’t break them in first) and they were comfortable. He hiked a few national parks right after that and they were excellent through the terrain with no blisters or pain.
