Review: Really good - Used this product to make Egusi soup with spinach. Product was good quality, sand free and tasted very good. A bit on the expensive side for 8oz, but will buy it again if I am in a pinch and can't make it to the African store to buy it in bulk.
Review: GET IT. western african soups Galore - It was my first time making egusi soup from home. it took just a few mistakes from too little crayfish to not mixing in enough of the overall paste. once overall measurements were mastered, the egusi was great. leftovers were awesome. the more melon see, the thicker so i suggest buying a minimum 2 and up from there from left to right (before & after simmering/adjustments)
