I very much like this product. It is especially helpful to hole the basket for a Mokha Pot when you are filling the basket with coffee. I have four (4) of these and highly recommended them. **Q: Is the glass of the jar treated to not allow entry of UV light?** A: I don’t know about this. I keep my coffee tools in a deep drawer so it’s in the dark. **Q: Is this Dishwasher safe?** A: The box for mine is long gone and the container itself does not say. The lid holds the coffee basket while you fill it.
