Upon receipt I could not get the cartridge to work. I returned, received a new order and it worked perfectly. The quality was fantastic and the price was extremely great and the color ink is just fading in 2022. I'd purchased an extra box for when I would run out of ink and I was very disappointed when both black and colored ink cartridges were DRY, no ink whatsoever and non-returnable. I guess after 4 years I should have expected dry. Honestly I was disappointed but not mad due to the number of years I had to use this great product. I will order this product again but I will make sure I order one box at a time. I print a lot and the product lasted 4 years so I would rate a 10 if possible. Review: First time I bough was great, second time the black wouldn't work. - The first time that I bought from Greenbox the ink was great! No problems and easy install. The second time I bought the multi-pack and only had to replace the color, went great and saved back the black ink. Fast forward a year later and it's time to use and replace the black ink. My HP4500 says the new cartridge is empty even though I can feel a difference in weight and know that there is ink in there and there is no way to bypass the error message- trust me I scoured the internet for solutions. When looking at the computer chip on the back of the cartridge I noticed that it has a different design than the other black ink cartridge. Also, the new ink cartridge has "TC 20D" printed on the side whereas the older one has "TC20A" printed on the side. Not sure if that means anything... Super bummed I'm out money. Would not recommend it. ## Features - Product name: 2 Pack GREENBOX 61xl 61 ink cartridge Combo Pack Remanufactured 61 61xl Ink Cartridge Replacement for hp 61XL ink cartridges - 61 XL* 1 Black (CH563WN) + 61 XL*1 Tri-Color (CH564WN) - High Page Yield: Up to 715 pages per GREENBOX for 61 XL for HP 61 black ink cartridge high yield & 430 pages per GREENBOX for 61XL color ink cartridge at 5% coverage ( A4 paper) - GREENBOX for 61XL ink cartridges compatible for hp printers: Compatible with Envy 4500 4502 5530 5534 5535 4501 4503 4504 4505 4506 4508 4509 5531 5532 5539 Printer - GREENBOX for 61XL ink cartridges compatible for hp printers: Compatible with DeskJet 1000 1010 1012 1014 1510 1512 1050 1050A 1051 1055 1056 1511 1513 1514 2050 2510 2512 2514 2540 2541 2542 2543 2544 2545 2546 2546P 2546B 2546R 2646 2547 2548 2549 3000 3054 3054A 3050 3050A 3051A 3051 3052 3052A 3056 3056A 3510 3511 3512 3516 Printer - GREENBOX for 61XL ink cartridges compatible for hp printers: Compatible with OfficeJet 2620 2621 2622 1012 2000 2546 2624 3000 4630 4631 4632 4634 4635 4636 4639 Printer - GREENBOX Compatible for hp 61xl ink cartridge provides clear text and graphics, print the color effect you want on the paper ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07NJDKK1Z | | Additional Printer Functions | Print Only | | Best Sellers Rank | #33,863 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #1,273 in Inkjet Printer Ink Cartridges | | Brand | GREENBOX | | Cartridge Type | Compatible | | Color | 1 Black 1 Tri-Color | | Compatibility Options | Compatible | | Compatible Devices | HP Envy 4500 4502 5530 5534 5535 4501 4503 4504 4505 4506 4508 4509 5531 5532 5539, HP OfficeJet 2620 2621 2622 1012 2000 2546 2624 3000 4630 4631 4632 4634 4635 4636 4639 HP DeskJet 1000 1010 1012 1014 1510 1512 1050 1050A 1051 1055 1056 1511 1513 1514 2050 2510 2512 2514 2540 2541 2542 2543 2544 2545 2546 2546P 2546B 2546R 2646 2547 2548 2549 3000 3054 3054A 3050 3050A 3051A 3051 3052 3052A 3056 3056A 3510 3511 3512 3516 Printer Compatible Devices HP Envy 4500 4502 5530 5534 5535 4501 4503 4504 4505 4506 4508 4509 5531 5532 5539, HP OfficeJet 2620 2621 2622 1012 2000 2546 2624 3000 4630 4631 4632 4634 4635 4636 4639 HP DeskJet 1000 1010 1012 1014 1510 1512 1050 1050A 1051 1055 1056 1511 1513 1514 2050 2510 2512 2514 2540 2541 2542 2543 2544 2545 2546 2546P 2546B 2546R 2646 2547 2548 2549 3000 3054 3054A 3050 3050A 3051A 3051 3052 3052A 3056 3056A 3510 3511 3512 3516 Printer See more | | Compatible Printer Models | HP DeskJet 1000, HP DeskJet 1000-J110a, HP DeskJet 1000-J110c, HP DeskJet 1000-J110d, HP DeskJet 1000-J110e, HP DeskJet 1000-J110f, HP DeskJet 1010, HP DeskJet 1050-J410a, HP DeskJet 1050-J410c, HP DeskJet 1050-J410d, HP DeskJet 1050-J410e, HP DeskJet 1055-J410e, HP DeskJet 1510, HP DeskJet 1511, HP DeskJet 1512, HP DeskJet 1513, HP DeskJet 1514, HP DeskJet 2000-J210a, HP DeskJet 2000-J210b, HP De… | | Controller Type | Remanufactured | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 8,131 Reviews | | Ink Base | Water | | Ink Color | Black, Tricolor | | Ink Colour | Black, Tricolor | | Item Highlight | Replacement for HP 61 XL Ink Cartridges for Envy 4500 5530 4502 Officejet 4630 4635 DeskJet 1000 1010 1512 Printer | | Manufacturer | GREENBOX for HP 61XL 61 XL Hp Envy 4500 5530 5534 5535 Deskjet 1056 1010 1510 Officejet 2620 4630 | | Mfr Part Number | Hp Envy 4500 | | Model Number | HP 61XL | | Model Series | GREENBOX | | Number of Items | 2 | | Number of Packs | 2 | | Other Special Features of the Product | High Yield | | Page Yield | 715 | | Print media | Paper (plain) | | Printer Model Compatibility | HP Deskjet 1000, HP Deskjet 1056, HP Deskjet 2512, HP Deskjet 2544, HP Deskjet 2546P, HP Deskjet 3050, HP Deskjet 3050A, HP ENVY 4500, HP ENVY 5530, HP Officejet 2620, HP Officejet 4630 | | Printer Output Type | multiple colors | | Printer Type | Inkjet | | Special Feature | High Yield | | UPC | 687551551719 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** GREENBOX - **Color:** 1 Black 1 Tri-Color - **Compatibility Options:** Compatible - **Ink Base:** Water - **Ink Color:** Black, Tricolor - **Manufacturer:** GREENBOX for HP 61XL 61 XL Hp Envy 4500 5530 5534 5535 Deskjet 1056 1010 1510 Officejet 2620 4630 - **Page Yield:** 715 - **Special Feature:** High Yield ## Images ![61XL Ink Cartridges Black/Tri-Color Combo Pack for 61 Ink, 2-Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71MS6HdP0hL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product BUT only purchase when needed. *by B***S on December 7, 2022* GREAT PRODUCT: I originally purchased this ink in 2020. So all good!! I also like the cartridge covers it comes with; since I opened the package before I needed it, I'm glad that the snap cover and tape will prevent it from drying out before use. It came with instructions in the event of drying which is useful. I purposely printed an artsy, but blurry image just to really test it out and it worked like the standard cartridge. I had no issues with the fit so I'll assume the color cartridge works the same. Will definitely purchase again ## Frequently Bought Together - GREENBOX Compatible 61XL Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP Envy 4500 5530 4502 Officejet 4630 4635 DeskJet 1000 1010 1512, Black, Tri-color, 2-Pack - GREENBOX 61XL Black Ink Cartridges Combo Pack Replacement for HP 61XL 61 Ink Cartridge Black for Envy 4500 5530 4502 Officejet 4630 4635 Deskjet 1000 1010 Printer Ink, 2 Pack 61 Black Ink - HP Printer Paper | 8.5 x 11 Paper | Copy &Print 20 lb | 1 Ream Case - 500 Sheets| 92 Bright | Made in USA - FSC Certified | 200060 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/119023972-61xl-ink-cartridges-black-tri-color-combo-pack-for-61](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/119023972-61xl-ink-cartridges-black-tri-color-combo-pack-for-61) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
