本商品は「名倉砥石」です。そもそも、名倉砥石は包丁を研ぐための砥石ではなく、別の砥石に擦り目詰まりを無くしたり、双方の泥を出させてブレンドするための物です。会社側の説明不足かと思いますので星マイナス1です。
