My son is 190 pounds and 5'10". We ordered the USA XL as he usually wears an Adult Medium/Large. This item fit him very snuggly. He wont be able to wear it more than a month. We contacted the sellers and they rectified everything. If you wear a USA Adult large, this item wont fit you. It is a beautiful item and looks well made.
