Review: Roundup does kill Poison Ivy and can kill other plants as well - it works - It is easy to use. Just un-wrap the bottle and you are ready to go. Other products you have to mix the solution and put it in a sprayer. Some you need to attach a hose with water to make it work. I like that it has 2 different sprayer settings. One for a narrow spray area and another for a wider spray area. This gives me more control of what gets sprayed. The bottle is not too heavy to hold and to spray it does not require a hose connection. I applied it to a poison ivy plant and in a day the plant was dying and is now dead. I applied the solution to other weeds, and it killed them too. So, you need to be careful how you spray your plants, so as not to get it on plants you want to keep. I accidently, got some on a grassy area and it killed some of the grass.

**Q: Does this poison ivy herbicide also kill thistles?**
A: Yes it does, i had those growing also and Roundup killed all the weeds in my yard!

**Q: will this kill flowers that are mixed in with the poison?**
A: Probably it will.  I don't spray it on things I don't want to kill.

**Q: How far does the spray nozzle shoot? I'm afraid of getting too close to any of the grassy area in my yard.**
A: I used it several years ago and I don't recall how far it spread as I did not use it near any grassy areas that I wanted to save.

**Q: Can I pour this directly on the roots of a pervasive vine to kill it?**
A: Roundup Poison Ivy Plus Tough Brush Killer is registered to be used with its container and should be sprayed directly onto foliage, not poured.

It is easy to use. Just un-wrap the bottle and you are ready to go. Other products you have to mix the solution and put it in a sprayer. Some you need to attach a hose with water to make it work. I wait for a few dry days, then spray poison ivy, and brush trying to show up in my flowers and yard. I am not patient enough, so I usually spray twice. Overspray will kill grass and anything else in the area, so a need for caution.
