The carrier WILL NOT BEND TO place under airplane seats. Plus, once the undercover of the carrier is removed, it will not slide. The velcro sticks to the airplane carpet and will NOT SLIDE UNDER THE AIRPLANE SEAT. Makes the carrier worthless for Airplane travel.There has to be a way to fix the velcro so it will slide under the seat. I love the carrier but was so disappointed I could not put it under an American Airline seat in First Class even. I finally did on the connecting flight put a newspaper under the carrier and that did help some. With casters, two sets of straps, and a luggage style handle, you have lots of options. When I spoke on the phone to my vet recently, she made a special point of complimenting me on the carrier, especially on the three zipper openings (top, front and back.). I particularly appreciate the latches on each zipper that prevent an escape artist from pushing them open.
