**Q: Does this help grass patches that are brown?**
A: Yes I have covered mine in all mud and patches and after waiting a week+ I’m seeing good results.

**Q: Have seeded many a lawn in my 68yrs, always prepare the ground properly and use new graded top soil.....3 weeks into these seeds and nothing...**
A: 4 weeks and I have nothing aswell . I even put a little extra down as the reviews were great.... think they were duff seed or invisible grass

**Q: Does it contain fertiliser? Does it need it ?**
A: no it doesn't contain fertiliser and no it doesnt need it, however everything grows better with fertilizer as its basically food

**Q: Which evergreen spreader setting to use to sow seeds?**
A: Mix seed with John Innes No 3 and set spreader to 4

Bought this to patch up some thin areas in the lawn after winter and I’m pleasantly surprised with the results. Germination was quicker than I expected and after a couple of weeks I could see a noticeable difference. The grass colour blends reasonably well with the existing lawn and has filled in some bare spots nicely. The only downside is that a few areas took longer to establish than others, but I suspect that was more down to watering and sunlight than the seed itself. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would buy again.
