The weather stripping fit perfectly around the collar slightly below the existing mounting holes. The four screw holes in the dome matched up with the existing holes in the collar.The supplied hardware was of excellent quality. There is a small "N" molded into the dome to indicate which hole should face to the north. Packing was excellent.
