I can say for certain it is very fine, almost a powder. Only slightly coarser than baking soda. **Q: can I use this with rusoleum professional epoxy garage coating ?** A: I don't see why not, although the expoxy is a thicker consistency than concrete sealer. **Q: Can I add to water based sealer?** A: Water-based, yes.
