I have found sprinkling a little baking soda on the bottom of the box before adding litter keeps the urine clumps from sticking to the box & makes scooping easier. Is it overwhelmingly perfumed?** A: It doesn't smell. It only releases the scent when wet but we could never smell anything. Personally I have bought every kind of Dr. Elsey's and found this one to be more dusty. We now use the regular unscented (blue bag). **Q: Is this product non tracking?** A: This is not low tracking at all. I'm having to sweep way more than with other litter. The hunt for a good one continues **Q: Can this litter be used with an automatic cleaning cat box?** A: I have a simply clean circular auto cat box for nearly ten years.
