It's not waxy/oily, dries quite quickly, smell is nice, not chemical. As of its purpose..... all I can say is I wasn't bitten ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent protection *by S***. on 17 September 2026* Easy to use, protects against bites ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works so well! *by E***M on 9 August 2026* I have always been bitten as long as I can remember. Purchased this for my most recent trip to Mallorca. First night I didn't take any precautions and was bitten 6 times in the space of 5 minutes! The next night I was armed with this miracle spray! A quick spritz, my legs in particular and I wasn't bitten again for the rest of the week. Brilliant stuff 👌 ## Frequently Bought Together - Jungle Formula Dry Protect Insect Repellent (125ml Aerosol) - DEET Free Mosquito, Midge & Biting Insect Repellent - Up To 6 Hours Protection From Bites - Non Greasy, Lightly Fragranced Bug Spray - Jungle Formula Maximum Strength Insect Repellent Aerosol Spray (125ml - 50% DEET) - Up To 9 Hour Protection Against Mosquitoes, Ticks & Biting Insects - Mosquito Repellent For Travel & Domestic Use - Jungle Formula Dry Protect Insect Repellent (90ml Spray Bottle) - DEET Free Mosquito, Midge & Biting Insect Repellent - Up To 6 Hours Protection From Bites - Non Greasy, Lightly Fragranced Bug Spray --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/114083780-jungle-formula-dry-protect-deet-free-insect-repellent-aerosol-125ml](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/114083780-jungle-formula-dry-protect-deet-free-insect-repellent-aerosol-125ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
