**Q: How long does it take to bring this backup charger to full power when it first arrives?**
A: Very short time. 45 mins..hour tops.

**Q: Does this power bank support pass-through charging, meaning it can be charged and power a device at the same time?**
A: There are two USB ports so guessing yes but don’t know for sure. I haven’t tried it.

**Q: When charging is complete, does the LED stop blinking?**
A: Yes. All lights will be lit up and steady.

**Q: How long is the stand by time? How long usage time? Eg phone/ Bluetooth headsets?**
A: Will charge my S6  twice from 5% to full on a single charge.  Will hold a charge for at least a week or so, never not used it longer than that so do not have a for sure answer.  Also has 2 outs so you can charge 2 devices at the same time.  I use it for my vape also.  Works great!

The product accomplished exactly what I intended to use it for without any fault whatsoever, therefor, it gets five stars from me. I used it with the intention of keeping my full body vive trackers (for VR) at full charge past the default battery life of ~4 hours. Now, with the battery backs, they each last up to 24 hours, of course, I will never use them for such a long period of time straight. For most modern phones, the battery will only charge you to full once.
