In response to desperate pleas to do something about my snoring, and wanting to avoid surgery or CPAP, I searched for this product which I'd used with success a decade earlier. I can't understand why this isn't available in US shops, but thankfully it is available through the magic of the interweb. A couple squirts in the back of the throat before bed is all it takes. The taste is good and the results are better. Unfortunately, you must use it every night, but I find that after a few good nights of sleep, my wife doesn't notice if I skip using here or there. Review: It's not a cure, but it works - Sometimes I snore loudly. The Snoreeze does reduce the volume and it opens my breathing passage to allow me to breathe more freely (as reported by my wife). The liquid has a thick consistency to it that allows it to stick in place for a while. The only one that has worked is the foam one.
