Noticed a big difference between this belt and a regular leather belt as far as comfort when sitting for a long time. This belt stretches slightly when I sit in the car or at home, which is nice. This belt is more stretchy than I expected. I wear a 34 inch and to get the belt snug (meaning not too tight, but tight enough it holds up my pants when walking), I needed to cinch it up until about 8" slack extends beyond the buckle.
