One of the screws was cross-threaded and ridiculously tight to remove. By the time I got the nut off the threads were ruined and unusable. Fortunatley I had a suitable replacement.I know it's only a small thing, but not everyone has a 'stock' of spare screws & nuts and I really shouldn't have to fix and replace parts on a new item before I can use it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid secure Lock *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 July 2019* I forgot my combination and googled how to open a lock, I used the methods online and non of them worked on this lock, because it is super solid. So if you want a lock that others will not be able to open get this one, It does warn on the instructions that if you forget your combination you will NOT be able to open it, and it is correct.
